Here are answers to a few frequently asked questions, but please feel free to contact me to discuss your pets needs.


Do you offer the same services as a grooming shop, salon or mobile van?

Yes, we provide any service you can receive in a shop or salon but with all the comforts of home. We bath your dog in your tub or sink but provide all other equipment and supplies. All grooming services include complimentary clean up service of areas used during the grooming and bathing process.


Can you groom any size or breed in my home?

Yes, our groomers have years of experience handling and grooming all common and some not so common breeds. We will accommodate any size dog and can groom any breed dog to breed standards.


How do I prepare for an in home grooming service?

Your groomer will call or text you when they are in rout to your home, please be home and ready for us to come to the door. If your pet needs to go outside or be put in a closed room for us to access please have this taken care of before your groomer arrives. All you'll need to do it direct the groom to the areas they will need to work in i.e. the bathroom or kitchen.


What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please try to inform us of any cancellations or changes in schedule at least 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel your appointment after the 24 hour window or "stand up" your groomer, there may be a cancellation fee of $40. Additionally appointments made near Holidays {i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.} may require a deposit and will be subject to a fee for cancellations.


What are your accepted methods of payment?

Cash is always preferred. Credit Cards and Checks are accepted. Tips are accepted but never expected.
