FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much do your services cost?
Ahh, the million dollar question! Our pricing starts at $95 for small breed dogs needing a freshen up (no hair trimming), and goes up depending on the breed type, weight and specific needs of the dog. Please fill out the request form below to get an estimated price quote.
How does this all work?
Here's a walk-through of what you can expect at your Mobile Pet Spa appointment:

We'll arrive at your appointment and meet with you to discuss your pup's needs and ask you about your grooming desires and preferences.

Once we have an idea of what you're looking for and what your pup needs, we'll walk her outside to the Mobile Pet Spa where she will jump inside. If she's unable to jump we can lift her or we have a ramp that holds up to 180 pounds.

Once she's safely inside, we start our generator, which provides the power to the van. It does give off a small sound, however, your pup will not hear much inside the spa.

We'll place your pup on the grooming table and do a thorough assessment of her coat condition and ensure that we can deliver the groom we previously discussed. If not, we will notify you of our recommendations and will get your confirmation before moving forward.

We'll then move onto the bathing, drying, and grooming. Once she's finished and looking like a million bucks we'll bring her back inside to you! The entire process can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours per dog depending on the breed, weight, size and coat condition.
How do my pup and I prepare for our mobile pet-spa service?
We will send you a message when we are en route to your home. Please be home and ready to answer the door. If your pet needs to go potty, please make sure they take care of business before our arrival.
If you haven't already, once we arrive, make sure to fill us in on any important details or special needs your pup has. If she has any health issues, is afraid of dryers or hates her feet being touched, we need to know to ensure her safety and comfort during the grooming session.
Have a leash and collar ready to go so we can safely walk your pup out to the Mobile Pet Spa. If you want to give us some of her favorite treats, feel free. We'll take care of the rest!
Do you use my bathtub? Or hook up to my electric?
We will not be needing your bathtub, water or electricity. We have a tub, hot + cold water, and all the electrical power we need inside the Mobile Pet Spa!
Can you groom any size or breed?
We do them all, LARGE and small. Our groomers are professionals with over a decade of experience each. They've groomed the gamut from the common canine types to barely heard of breeds.
Do you offer the same services as a shop or salon?
Yes! Anything you could have done at a shop or salon, we're able to do inside our Mobile Pet Spa.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You will receive a confirmation text message from our automated system 48 hours before your appointment. Please respond to the message informing us of your need to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you fail to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment after the 48-hour window or "stand up" your groomer we may assess a cancellation fee up to the amount of the scheduled groom. Additionally, appointments made within 2 weeks of a popular Holidays (i.e.; Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc...) may require a deposit upfront to hold your appointment and will be subject to a fee for cancellations if we're unable to rebook your time slot.
What are your accepted methods of payment?
We accept only credit card payments. Tips are welcome but never expected. The best tip and highest compliment is a referral to your family and friends.
Can you groom my dog if I'm not at home?
If you're a regular reoccurring client, and your pup is comfortable with it, we do provide latchkey services. Whether you're at work or away we can use a garage code or door key to fetch your pup and bring them outside to the Mobile Pet Spa. Once we're finished, we'll safely return your pup and ensure everything's all locked up before we leave.
